Will Peyton is the lead designer of Peyton Design Agency. After opening his floral and home décor shop in the 1990’s, Will’s customers continually requested his assistance in decorating their homes. Based on that demand, his business evolved into Peyton Design Agency.

Will has often been told he “has the gift of putting home décor items together that weren’t meant to go together and making them work.” This quality is a vital element in keeping costs minimized for clients by utilizing many items they already own which can be uniquely repurposed.

Lisa Hart has over 25 years experience in marketing and merchandising for clients as diverse as Allied Department Stores and the PGA Tour. While a licensed real estate agent in Nashville, she realized that her true passion was in giving sellers staging plans to effectively market their homes, and buyers the vision to create the home of their dreams from an “ugly duckling” property.

After retiring her real estate license, Lisa created Staged 2 Sell Nashville, and concentrates her efforts to help sellers and agents market their homes through effective staging.

Will and Lisa have received diplomas as Accredited Staging Professionals from Barb Schwarz and Staged Homes, the originator and industry-recognized leader in the home staging field. As active members of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals, they are currently serving on the board of the Nashville Chapter as Co-Presidents-Elect. Will and Lisa have staged homes for clients in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
